    • I, the applicant, am aware that this application will not be approved unless I comply with the following provisions:
      • there shall be no outdoor business activity, storage of materials or equipment associated with the business;
      • the business shall not generate pedestrian or vehicular traffic, or parking, in excess of that which is characteristic of the zone within which it is located;
      • the number of employees shall not exceed one at any time;
      • there shall be no advertisement or exterior display other than a sign, no larger than 45.7cm x 60.9cm;
      • there shall be no mechanical or electrical equipment used which creates noise or visible and audible interference in radio or telephone reception in adjacent dwellings;
      • the office shall be operated as a secondary use only and shall not change the principle character or external appearance of the dwelling involved; and
      • more than six students or customers in attendance at any one time for instruction in arts and crafts will not be allowed;
      • an application fee of $50.00 (fifty) is paid in full.
