Emergency Information
The Local Emergency Management Organization (LEMO) works with community stakeholders to:
- Create and update the Community Emergency Plan,
- Provide Emergency Planning, Response, and Recovery Activities.
The LEMO’s activities are governed through the Emergency Management Bylaw. The LEMO communicates via this website, the Town of Hay River Facebook page, Radio and the Hay River Emergency Management Information Line at 1 833 699 0188. You can also sign up to receive Emergency Alerts via email HERE.
