Camp Information

Summer Heat has a maximum capacity of 40 campers per week. Registration packages will be reviewed in the order they were received. Once information packages have been reviewed, Summer Heat staff will contact those who are successful in gaining a spot in the program. Once you have been contacted by Summer Heat staff, payment of the required fees must be made within 48 hours. If payment is not received within the 48 hour timeframe, your spot will be forfeited and will be offered to a waitlisted applicant. If you did not receive a spot, your child’s name will be added to a waitlist and you will be contacted if a spot becomes available. Payments can be made in person with debit or cash. Credit cards are also accepted in person or over the phone. Please note, credit card payments are subject to an additional loading fee. To ensure that Summer Heat staff can contact you easily and quickly, please ensure that ALL contact information provided is up to date and accurate.
