Spin Bootcamp combines the high cardio intensity of a spin class with the power of a muscle conditioning class. Each class starts with a fantastic spin portion on the stationary bikes followed by a muscle burning core and arm segment. Each class is a fun and exciting challenge.
4-Week Registration: Mondays – $30, Wednesdays – $30
