Spin Bootcamp – Fitness Program

An event every week that begins at 7:30 pm on Wednesday, repeating until June 26, 2019
Spin Bootcamp combines the cardio intense class component of a spin class with the High Intensity Interval Training of a bootcamp class. The class starts with a 30-minute ride on the stationary bikes followed by a conditioning component that targets the upper body and core. It is a high intensity class meant to challenge its participants to push their limits to achieve their fitness goals.
