Circuit – Fitness Program

An event every week that begins at 6:00 pm on Tuesday and Thursday, repeating until June 27, 2019
Circuit Training is a fast-paced class in which you do one exercise for a short period of time and then move onto another exercise. The class is divided into different exercise “stations” that target different areas of the body. You start at one station doing the exercise until the instructor calls “TIME” then you move onto the next station. This is a great class for all fitness levels as all the exercises are modified to fit the individuals ability. Everyone is guaranteed a total body workout that will challenge them, and help them achieve their fitness goals.
