Circuit – Fitness Program

An event every week that begins at 6:00 pm on Tuesday and Thursday, repeating indefinitely
Circuit training is is a fast-paced class in which you do one exercise for a short period of time and then move onto another exercise. The class is divided into different exercise “stations” that target different areas of the body. You start at one station doing the exercise until the instructor calls out “TIME” then you move onto the next station. This is a great class for all fitness levels as all the exercises are modified to fit the individual’s ability. Everyone is guarantee a total body workout that will challenge them, and push them to achieve their fitness goals.
