At Town Hall

Town Hall hours of operation are 9:30 am – 5:00 pm, Monday – Friday.

Payments can be made at the front counter (Cash, Interac, Cheque). The Town of Hay River Municipal Offices are located at 100-62 Woodland Drive.

Online

Pay your water bill and property tax ONLINE! Search “Hay River” as a Payee in the Bill Payment section of your online/telephone banking. Please note this is only available through CIBC or Royal Bank.

For water use: “Hay River (Town) Utilities” or similar.

For property tax use: “Hay River (Town) Taxes” or similar

The Town of Hay River does not accept authorized debit for bill payments.

You can pay accounts receivable, utility and property tax bills online through E-Transfer by using the email arclerk@hayriver.com. Please make sure to include a description of the item you are paying for in the message section of the E-Transfer along with your account number with the Town of Hay River.

Credit Card

Payments through credit card can be made by calling Town Hall Reception at (867) 874-6522.

Please note that the Town of Hay River is no longer accepting credit card payments through “Option Pay”.
