Sports Equipment Lending Library

 

To promote active living, various pieces of sports and fitness equipment are available to community members to utilize at no cost.  They need only sign the lending form at the front desk of the Recreation Centre, and return the equipment when their session is finished.  Equipment available includes:

  • Soccer balls
  • Baseball gloves
  • Baseball Bats and Balls
  • Flag Football Equipment
  • Basketballs
  • Frisbees
  • Ball Hockey Sticks and Balls
  • Pinnies and Goalie Equipment
  • Lacrosse Sticks
  • Tennis Racquets and Balls
  • Nordic Walking Poles
  • Snowshoes
  • Aerobic Steps
  • Stability Balls
  • Body Bars

The newest additions to our lending library are lifejackets for water sports, and satellite personal trackers (SPOT) to allow individuals who are enjoying the great waterway systems and nature trails the peace of mind that they need.
